Policies

Reservations
Deposit of 1/2 required at time of booking with Visa, MasterCard , Debit card, Discover or with a personal check (if reservation is 3 weeks or more away) or money order. We can hold your reservation for up to 5 days while we wait for you to mail your deposit.

Cancellations
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of your arrival date you will be billed for any nights that we are unable to re-book. Your credit card or cash deposit will be used to the extent necessary. A $25 re-booking fee applies to all cancellations.

Minimum Stay Requirement
Two nights for all weekends, with a three night minimum stay required for certain special events and holidays.

No refunds for early departures.

Smoking
Permitted outdoors only.

Occupancy
Each cottage is limited to two people. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate small children or pets. Our cottages and grounds are for the use of our registered guests only. To protect the privacy of all of our guests, we do not allow private parties or receptions in the cottages.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m.

Check out time is 11:00 a.m. (Sunday 10:30a.m.)

Breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. in our Dining Room.
